AdventureQuest Worlds : Lore reblocked

Added new system to show the /join mapname whenever a player holds a compass or written book

Updated Greenguard with new locations : 

• Some new locations in Battleon such as /battleunder a and b, /heromart, and /buyhouse
• Greenguard East, including /forest, /fableforest, /willowcreek, /farm, /crashsite, crashruins (still WIP), /trigoras, /river, /shallows, /orcpath, /orctown, /goatfield, and /limft (still WIP)
• Greenguard West, including /fishing, /ravenscar, /clubhouse, /sleuthhound and /enemyfores
• Other locations in Greenguard including /dragonrune and /runedwoods, /superdeath, /theater, /birthday, /guide and the now rare /stonehand
