Ambivalent Burnout is a hardcore Minecraft survival map set in a hostile, ruined world where you must abandon pacifism and slay mobs to suppress the environment's growing hatred, earn coins, and ultimately hunt down the remnants of humanity.

Welcome to "Ambivalent Burnout". You have entered a derelict, abandoned world. Humanity has fled the ruined surface, retreating into the skies to live in a massive, floating city-ship—leaving you behind to rot in the ashes. Survive and build however you want, just like in classic survival—but with a catch: the world itself despises you.
The longer you stay here living as a pacifist, the more the world's hatred grows. Kill mobs to lower this hostility and earn coins. Progress through the challenges, track down the remnants of humanity, and buy the Matter of God. Prove that you are superior to everything that hates you.
Your journey will be brutal, but every obstacle can be overcome. Unlike vanilla survival, nearly every core Minecraft mechanic has been completely overhauled. If you love hardcore challenges, you will love this map.
