Model/Texture:

Grassworld:  Several plank colors were named with caps, which Minecraft just doesn't like these days.  They have been renamed to lowercase and now show properly.  (black, blue, cyan, green, lightblue, lime, magenta, orange, pink, purple, red, white, yellow)

I Like Wood:  All Biomes O' Plenty wood varients were looking for the "blocks" folder instead of the "block" folder.  Model files now look in the correct places.

Plant Tech 2:  The Teleporter and Test Item items don't seem to be implemented, and while now properly named, they are using the barrier texture for now.

Silent's Mechanisms:  Steel, Bismuth Steel, and Aluminum Steel were missing model files.  Steel block, ingot, and nugget did not have textures, so are borrowed from a later version of the mod.

Language File:

Glowglass:  Lime Stained Glowglass block and pane variant are now properly referenced in the language file.  Was referenced as "light green" instead of "lime".

Grassworld:  Floral Light Blue End Grass Block was missing an e in its reference.

Plant Tech 2:  The PlantTopia Teleporter and "End" thing have been given names, though I'm not sure if the End one is correct.  Either way, it's not "block.planttech2.planttopia_teleporter_end" anymore.  I don't think the feature is even implemented fully?  The Plant Card, Teleporter, and Test Item were missing references.

Silent Gear:  The Crossbow blueprint was missing a description.  Not very noticeable, but has been given a basic description.

Silent's Gems 3:  Potions, splash potions, lingering potions, and tipped arrows of insulation and grounding were not given references in properties files.  I've added them.

Silent's Mechanisms: Dusts, ingots, and nuggets for steel, aluminum-steel, and bismuth-steel were not referenced, so they have been properly named.

Hotfix Change:

• Added forgotten steel block to silent's mechanisms as well.
• Removed accidental "Steel ingot" file from planttech2 section.  Oopsie.
