Up-scaled some Base Textures to the proper resolution, Hopefully this will fix some issues on other shaders

Dirt and Wet Farmland have Specular Maps with Porosity (Will show in Certain Shaders, e.g Kappa by rre36) This might be changed or Improved later

Sea Lantern has an Emissive Specular Map

Both Lanterns have Emissive Properties in their Specular maps

Torches(both redstone and normal) have an Emissive Specular Map

As for the rest, thats for you to find out!

Note: There might be a 1.14 backport with some extra stuff in the future!
