- updated pack format to 1.18 (continue ignoring warnings in older versions)
- fixed gold being nonmetallic
- made brick normals go the right way
- made magma normals go the right way
- made obsidian way smoother
- made sand/red sand way less smooth and closer to each other in smoothness
- made grass, snowy grass, snow, and powder snow way less smooth
- removed seams between double chest halves
- added textures for shulker entity
- added armour, shield, and tools textures
