A simple resource pack for people who want to get rid of the visual aspects of rain and snow, and have quieter thunder. Inspired by Cats Hate Rain, and made for 1.14.
I don't remove weather sounds, because you can do that yourself already in Options/Music & Sounds/Weather. Thunder is softer and quieter though, so you can set your weather volume by the sound of the rain in game, and thunder will be slightly louder than that.
