This pack uses a feature called emissive textures to add shiny things.
IT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY WITHOUT THIS FEATURE!

Make sure you have these settings:
Video Settings > Quality > Emissive Textures : ON
 
 
 
If you are using Sodium you need to install the mod Continuity.
