Why?
Thank sss_cove95 for requesting it and triggering me enough to see how old version 1.8.9 was and then download another version of Unity Dark to see if it would work for 1.8.9 and it did but then I realized it actually didn't because the GUI text was still dark gray and it got me wondering why it no longer worked so I looked into the lang files and made the changes so that it would read the old lang file format and since it was now a working version for 1.8.9 I might as well release it...
