enderpearls will sound like the ultrakill grapple hook (whiplash) when thrown, (will only play the sound 80% of the time)

Changes the pearl throw sound effect into the ultrakill grapple arm deploy sound (sounds like throwing a grappling hook and the rope is flying through the air), doesnt play 100% of the time since im not the best at resource packs so keep that noted, overall still a very satisfying sound and very fun in pvp.
