Since not a lot changed, won't be counting it as a minor release, just a revision

V1.3.5 Notes:

• Since AE2’s GUI text is used in JEI as well, I will just remove all Red Text for AE2 due to the inconsistency of GUI text. It’s used in some menus, and affects the JEI tooltips, but doesn’t affect the block name itself.
