FYI: After the 1.3.7 Update, I will start making the filename the same for this resource pack (Ex. TorchsDarkMode.zip). This is just so if you download the updated pack you do not have to worry about re-equipping the pack.
The resource pack used for a template is Darkmode, only because I noticed that not everything was working properly for some forge mods.
This Resource Pack was built around 1.16.5 Forge based mods, so keep that in mind. (This may change after a while)

I will add more to this pack if I get any suggestions. If you want to suggest a mod, just go to the Issues tab and create an issue with the tag of "Suggestion"
Also, if this pack does actually work on other versions, let me know so I can make a pack for that version without Minecraft stating that the version may be incompatible
For the text issue, since this isn't a mod (and I don't know much about Minecraft's language files), I would recommend using this mod: BetterDarkMode
