TJs Overhead Healthbars

Adds overhead healthbars to your world using scoreboards. Uses dummy scoreboards instead of health scoreboards for you to be able to modify the value that gets sent to the scoreboard itself within the tick function in case you want it to be something such as multiple green lines instead of a numeric value.
