* Cobalt can now be obtained by melting Warped Nilyium
* Drowned chance to drop a copper ingot is now doubled
* Changed elytra recipe to dragon scale instead of phantom membane.
* End Portal now generates at 0, 0. If you want to generate it when you were in a previous version use `/function minecraft:generate_end_portal` while in the overworld
* Endermen in The End can now spawn holding a grass block and they can no longer place blocks on end_stone, obsidian and bedrock
* Other flowers can now generate from bonemeal besides dandelion and rose
* Glow squids can now drop Amethyst, also reduced glow ink drop
