Tin Airlocks

Gives Galacticraft's airlocks Tin Wall Block based connected textures with a red airlock seal rather than the default dark airlocks.
What's new
A combined version of this resource pack with the Connected Textures for Galacticraft resource pack is available at Galacticraft CTM + Tin Airlocks - v1.1.0.
Retextured Airlock Frames to look like Tin Wall Blocks where the Airlock Controller looks like a Tin Wall Block with the normal airlock controls added on top.
Updated "connect_to" rules to include "galacticraftcore:air_lock_frame" where appropriate.
Retextured Airlock Seal to be red.
Replaced instances of "Air Lock" with the more correct spelling of "Airlock".
