The 10 Teaspoons UI

This is suppose to be intended for "10 Teaspoons of Sugar" modpack of mine. This change the title of the game to fit the modpack. It does not add anything new to the game. At least for now. I will be learning more about GUI stuff just for this. Also include silly splash text to read.

Issues

The title looks AI generated. It is not, I use Blockbench for this. The problem is that the ratio of the title is 12:1 when I make it and it required to be 4:1 ratio instead. I tried to fix it and end up with lower quality pic. I'll fix this later.
