Cthulhu Plus 1.0.4 introduces the change to the spawn egg for the Ghast.
The Ghast's egg is now themed as the "Suspicious Looking Eye" item from Terraria!
(No other eggs are or should be affected by this texture change, if something goes wrong please message me on Planet Minecraft directly.)
