To give you more freedom, the pack has been split into two parts:

Terran Villagers: keeps the classic Minecraft outfits. Perfect if you like the original!
Terran Villagers - Outfits (optional): an add-on that transforms villagers with new outfits.
That way, you have a choice:

Want to stay true to the original? ➔ Just activate Terran Villagers.
Want to change the looks? ➔ Add Terran Villagers - Outfits on top of that.
