Part II of the remodeling of the pack

This update requires the SteamSim branch of Immersive Railroading for automatic numbers on the cars

DSP&P Litchfield 26' flatcars 100-299 (DL&G 3033-3221, 8000-8038)
These cars have toggleable options for slate or coal sideboards.
DSP&P Union Pacific 27' coal cars 468-499, 1300-1343 (DL&G 8039-8113)
DSP&P Union Pacific 27' boxcars 740-899 (DL&G 24276-24110)
Each boxcar has two variants, one with ladders and one with grab irons. The DL&G boxcars also have variants with black paint behind the lettering.

Short wheelbase variants of 60-78 are available. All waycars have texture options for white, yellow, or brown paint.

Revamped the textures on all existing stock (Mason Bogies, passenger cars)
Minor .json tweaks

Fixed:
Mason Bogie wheel quartering was 1/4 rotation off

Old 2-8-0 models (Will be replaced soon)
All old freight stock (Replaced by this update)
