Added total solar eclipses that occur every 200 days, and only every 200 days.
Slightly increased moon orbit time.

 

To see the eclipse, do /time add 4776000. This day will contain the eclipse.

Known issues: 

-Daytime celestial objects appear as black dots at noon if no total eclipse happens

-Transition from total eclipse darkness to lower lying skyboxes is too sharp. (Needs new texture)

-No corona yet. Added later.
