Mirrors Starcatcher's fish textures to be consistent with vanilla and other mods.

Description
Ever wondered why Starcatcher's fishes looked different to other fishes? Not really? Well, I fixed it anyways.
Now, with a simple mirror edit, the fishes will look the same as all other fishes (Tide, Vanilla, etc.). For consistency reasons they now look down instead of up.
