Added textures for the Creative Charger and the Tier 4 Charger.
Removed “block_” from the beginning of filenames for the Chargers mod.
Renamed textures/blocks and textures/items folders to textures/block and textures/item for the Chargers mod and the Wireless Redstone mod.
Override the wireless_charger_enabled.json and wireless_charger_disabled.json models instead of overriding blockstates/wireless_charger.json as before.
Replaced .lang file with a .json file.
