Changes the ore textures from 1.17 Snapshot to the old textures from before the update.

Description

I really don't like the new ore textures, so I changed them to look like the ones from the 1.17 snapshot.

Changes:

Reverts all ore textures to 1.17 Snapshot
Reverts deepslate variants.
