Slower AE2 Controller Flash

A very tiny resource pack that just slows down the Applied Energistics Controller flash to a non-spazzy rate. Instead of the texture changing ten times a second, it is now two times a second (and the colours shift gradually instead of suddenly changing) Originally made for Mestrophis on the CoFH discord, but it is here for anyone to use if they want to!

Want more AE2 textures? Check out Better QNB, which makes the Quantum Network Bridge flash when its active, and red when its in an invalid shape!

Note: The public domain license is mainly because I don't really think I can claim ownership over 2 .mcmeta files and a logo 😂. Feel free to reuse them in anyway.
