This is what it looks like when you apply a swiftness potion
Description
Makes potion effect particles into squares to see easier
Also includes an Optifine only feature where the invisibility particles are a solid red to stick out more, however, this does not work in multiplayer servers. In a server the particles will be their default color. I guess this defeats the purpose of this feature but shhhhhh
