This resource pack replaces the models of doors and trapdoors with 3D, but without additional 3D handles and recesses. That's why it's called "Simple 3D Doors".
It works on versions 1.19 - 1.20.5, but you can use it on older or newer versions by changing the pack version in pack.mcmeta if you want.
The resource pack is made by CuDsan using Blockbench.
