Description

Sanity: Decent Into Madness adds the sanity mechanic from "Don't Starve" into Minecraft.

The Brain is a good way to convey mental state, but it doesn't feel entirely Minecraft or vanilla, which would be par for the course due to it being a mod.

But for certain modpacks that want to have a classic aesthetic I think it's more suitible for it to be something like a poppy.
