*Has not been tested on any versions prior to 1.21.8, however it should work as far back as 1.13 (however, I set it to 1.14, since these textures match the texture update, and that is when wither roses were added), and infinitely into the future (unless Mojang makes major changes to the way resource packs work). If there are any issues, please let me know with a comment and I'll be sure to fix it
