Retro NES [Revived]

I have been given the go ahead to continue this resource pack by its original owner Befarrar.

This pack is an homage to the NES and it's wonderfully limited palette. It emulates the feel of a retro game, without following the hard color restrictions of the NES. Textures take inspiration from things like mario, zelda, kirby, and castlevania, but not exclusively. Keep your eyes peeled for easter eggs. Music discs are game cartridges, emeralds are rupees, and everything has an outline!

We are rolling things out like additional connected textures, texture swaps to customize the pack, randomized textures, and sometimes even custom models (kept very close to vanilla, often just adding support for depth or custom texture plane sizes)
