Boredom's ~ ReShaped Items and Effects

Update 9 adds food related items:
- Cake

- Cookie
- Dried Kelp
- Apple
- Golden Apple
- Enchanted Golden Apple
- Bread
- Wheat
- Beetroot

Update 6.1 recolors one effect:
- Weakness Effect
     - It now matches the colors of the iron sword redesign. The reason why strength wasn't changed also was to make it look like the shine is making the sword appear less dark.

Update 1.1 recolors almost all swords:
- Diamond Sword
- Iron Sword
- Gold Sword
- Stone Sword
- Wooden Sword
     - They all were too bright looking compared to all other tools due to me somehow missing a color in the color scale for just swords (expect the netherite one)
