RELEASE VEHICLE TEXTURES [RVT]

What is RVT: RVT is a texture pack for my unofficial port of Mrcrayfish's Vehicle mod to newer version, that aims to restore the release textures and models in the port.

What is the difference between "RELEASE" AND "DEV/PORT" textures: RELEASE textures refers to the textures and models that were meant for stable releases of the mod for normal people. The developer textures/models indicated the release was in development and it replaced models with more polished models that were supposed to come to the mod in the future before the development halted. Development textures replaced all red textured blocks with yellow to indicate a beta/development release.

Why my unofficial port has dev textures to begin with: My port is a fork of the dev branch of the mod before development halted MrCrayfish had to work on his other mods. The dev branch development was well underway and so many ports use that branch and that branch obviously used dev textures and models which is why it got carried over. Moreover its not a bad thing to use the new dev textures/models as they are more polished and look great overall.

Why restore release textures and models when the dev textures are more polished: While many players like the new dev textures and models which are polished, there are still many people that like the old release textures as they are used to them and feel classic and want them back. To get the old feel while not disturbing the players who like the new textures, the release textures were restored.

How this adds to the player experience: RVT adds to the player experience of the port by adding an option for customisation for players and server owners. Players can switch back and forth between the release and the dev textures anytime they want and at their choice. While server owners can set it as a server resource pack to force all players to use release textures, globally on the server.
