There was a major refactor with how Refined Storage handled textures.  CTM support was removed and RS added its own implementation of glow textures.  The glowing parts (the only things I mess with on blocks) are now completely separate from the rest of the block textures.  That means I only need about half as many block textures as before, and no .mcmeta file for each and every block.  Ender IO and Immersive Cables textures remain unchanged (Immersive Cables does need CTM for glow textures still).

 

Added texture for the new Crafter Manager.
