 This is a 3D Redstone Dust LED Cable look resource pack but WITHOUT display of its power level.
Some of you requested it, so there you go! More info below, but firstly link to all downloads of all versions:

This pack is basically the same, just removed anything that makes it display its power level.

NOTE: This Redstone Dust 3D pack only works properly in Minecraft version 1.9 and 1.10, because some changes to resourcepacks happened in 1.11.

The versions' name look like that:
- 1.9+1.10 Dust Power Level Display
- 1.9+1.10 Dust 3D NO NUMBERS
- 1.11 Dust Power Level Display
- 1.11 Dust 3D NO NUMBERS

which means you decide first for which MC version you need it, and then you decide whether you want to have it with numbers (="Power Level Display"), or without Power Level Display (= "NO NUMBERS"), but still 3D.

There will be another version of this pack in 2D/flat!
With and without power level display again.
