 This is a 3D Redstone Dust LED Cable look resource pack WITH display of its power level.
There's also a version WITHOUT numbers!! Link to all downloads of all versions:

 

The versions' name look like that:
- 1.9+1.10 Dust Power Level Display
- 1.9+1.10 Dust 3D NO NUMBERS
- 1.11 Dust Power Level Display
- 1.11 Dust 3D NO NUMBERS

 

which means you decide first for which MC version you need it, and then you decide whether you want to have it with numbers (="Power Level Display"), or without Power Level Display (= "NO NUMBERS"), but still 3D.

 

There will be another version of this pack in 2D/flat!
With and without power level display again.
