Rebirth of the Night: Wither

Actually fixed the model for real now, sigh.

Previous changelog:

Revamped the model:
-Way fewer colors

-Removed random noise

-actual vertebrae

-ribs have a better shape and profile

-added dislocated jaws to the secondary heads

-changed overall color palette

-optimized model

-removed various unseen faces

The texture size was doubled in order to give me more freedom to texture different parts of the model
Thanks to Dazu27 and abysswarrior737 for reporting and suggesting a fix for the missing texture respectively; since it worked fine in my modpack, I had neglected the standalone version
