Changed the in-game inventory model for the Plasgun to be the new textures.
Changed the reload animation textures for the Plasgun to match the new color scheme.
Added Raygun firing sounds to the Plasgun
(also changes the Atom Sterilizer sounds because of how SCG2's files are setup)
This mod has no additional files
