rainy portal texture

A replacement nether portal texture, using the ctm mod. lemme know if you'd like other resolutions or colours, and ill see if i can x3

It should work for 1.16.x, maybe 1.15.x? and 1.12.x with a bit of renaming paths/files (lemme know if you'd like me to)

Not animated because doing 32 frames of seamless textures in gimp seemed like a nightmare, and the texture would be massive.
