PVP Tweaks for VanillaXBR

Quality of life tweaks for PVP combat.

Designed as an addon for Misterk7_-'s excellent VanillaXBR texture pack.
Credit to VanillaTweaks for creating a majority of the textures this was based on.
Credit to ClashNerd12 for creating the bow indicator textures this was based on.

While I use the vXBR name, my packs do not have the same care put into them as vXBR.
My packs are just an upscale, whereas VanillaXBR has many tweaks to the upscaled textures that make them truly unique.
