I'm using quixel megascans for the main library, It also has Procedural work done in Substance Designer and additional features high resolution features: rain, Snowflakes, Fire, Smoke, Bubbles and more, to give a better immersive gaming experience. It also has CTM, which allows you to see a greater variation of designs in blocks.
