What's new

## New sound events from previously unused assets
- Added item.elytra.flying using the wing0-3 samples (glide/flap loop) (beta)
- Added entity.generic.swim using the water_stereofix water_through1-11 samples
- Added glass_hard1 as a 4th variant in block.glass.step (was recorded but never wired in)
- Added block.vault.step using the metalbox samples (walk/run/wander)
- Folded muffledice samples into block.glass.step as a duller ice-adjacent variant
  (note: vanilla Ice shares Glass's sound type, so this is shared between both blocks)
