Pointier Pickaxes (Vanilla)

-Fixed the pack.mcmeta's description to reflect the name of the resource pack

-Backported to 1.12.2

Remember how I said I wouldn't backport this? Consider this a treat especially since it was a pain  to figure out why certain textures weren't working properly

Yes, there was a version before this one, I deleted it because it used the post-1.14 pickaxe textures. Now it uses the pre.1.14 pickaxes.
