Pinnacle (for Apotheosis)

This is a MAJOR update that overhauls MANY of the textures in Pinnacle.

- Almost all blocks/workstations have been retextured.

- All items except for tomes and gems have been retextured.

- All bookshelves have been retextured.

- Non-infused and dormant shelves are now empty.  The infused shelves have stuff on them.
- Bookshelves can now be used decoratively.  They weren't the best for decoration prior to this update.

Also, unfortunately, I will not be backporting this update for earlier versions of Apotheosis as it's simply too much to keep track of.  I will absolutely try to update Pinnacle to future versions of Apotheosis however.  Earlier versions of Apotheosis have completely different content than modern versions, which makes it difficult to update for all versions.

Also also, thank you all so much for your support on this project!  It is by far my most popular project and I could not be more thankful for that!  I hope you all will love this updated version even more. 

OH, one last thing: the latest images in the gallery use Supplementaries, Nirvana, Quark, Another Furniture, and My Nether's Delight for the decorations.
