What it does:

The Hotbar is see-through and the selector is a pulsing rounded square.

 

This resourcepack makes the hotbar borderless and transparent. The selection is a pulsing white rounded square.
Pulsing meaning, that its going outwards and fading away.

 

Requirements:

Optifine OR EMF (Entity Model Features) + ETF (Entity Texture Features) (when playing with fabric)
