• Fixed positioning of player heads, banners, and shields
• Added polished tuff, tuff bricks, chiseled tuff variants
• Added copper trapdoors, doors, grates, chiseled, bulb and all their variants, waxed or not.
• Added trial spawner, vault, and crafter blocks
• Added sea pickle
• Removed emissive textures completely
• Removed torches, so models are from the default game.

Nearly done with the small incremental updates up to v1.0, a few tweaks I want to make before then, with another finesse pass over copper blocks, and other tweaks I have mentioned on github.
