Probably not perfect (but what is?). However, this R14.7 version removes my BAK folders used for work during the update process, lowering the size considerably for the download. In theory, this shouldn't break anything.

Please let me know if you you find any other weirdness along the way so I can try to fix it. 
As far as I can tell, I'm not seeing anything odd in 1.21.6 - but yaa never know. I could always have missed something.

Same things that are "missing" in this version are replaced by defaults.  Or at least they should be.
