- added new texture for Silver/Light Gray Glass & Pane
- added new textures and alternatives for several Stained Glass/Panes (incl. biome specific alternations)

- changed some of the base stained glass textures
- Gray Glass/Pane merged with previous Light Gray Glass/Pane (which is now used as the upper texture in CTM)
- Glass Blocks and Panes are now biome specific so they look differently in some biomes
