This pack is best used with BuiltUponTextures underneath it in the texture pack menu
Okay, so Programmer Art and 1.14+'s textures have a pretty stark difference.
And I've made this pack just to fix that, bringing back the old ProgrammerArt textures- But with modern shading and adding more clarity with as few changes as possible beyond that.
