Changes skulk shrieker's sound to omega flowey's laugh.

This resource pack replaces shrieker's sound with omega flowey's laugh, because the vanilla shriek sound reminds me of Omega Flowey from Undertale. This resource pack is not serious, but rather can be considered a joke or "cursed".
This sound does not belong to me, but to Undertale creator, Toby Fox.
