Enchanting did not exist in the Beta. The add-on includes the full Old Lighting & Old Water pack, and improves the classic experience with:

Invisible Enchantment glint.
Invisible and silent Experience orbs.
Experience bar is disabled, and the experience numbers are white.

 

The change is only cosmetic: enchanting items and collecting orbs are still possible.
