Changes the new button highlights in 1.15-pre1 to the ones in older versions

Description
In 1.15-pre1 new button highlights were added, which made it so whenever you're hovering over a button it shows a outline around the button and highlights the text in yellow
I changed this to highlight the button in a light blue and the text in yellow like in the older versions.
