The new mob variants and their chances of spawning are:

Bats = Owl (50%)

Chickens = Red Hen (40%), Black Hen (20%), Speckled Hen (20%)

Cows = Dark Skinned Cow (40%), Bull (20%), Spotted Cow (20%)

Mooshrooms = Cow Mooshroom (33.33%)

Ocelots/Cats = Silver Ocelot (33.33%), Ocelot Cat (30%), Silver Ocelot Cat (10%)

Pigs = Light Skinned Pig (40%), Black Pig (20%), Spotted Pig (20%)

Pig Saddles = Brown Saddle (25%), Red Saddle (50%)

Silverfish = Red Silverfish (50%)

Squids = Black Squid (40%), Red Spotty Squid (20%), Purple Squid (20%)

and Dogs = Grey Dog (20%), Black Dog(20%), Brown Dog (20%)
